We are looking for

Researcher (Bilingual)

Help us research topics on Women Empowerment and draft our publication which will be published in May

What we need

  • Join a one hour briefing call
  • Review HKM’s event and previous thought leadership
  • Conduct desktop research in English on the theme From Empathy to Gratitude (refer to Background for more information)
  • Assist in drafting our 16 page publication, Thought Leadership on From Empathy to Gratitude, in English and Chinese (3,000-4,000 words for one language) with our team

Background

Hong Kong Momtrepreneurs is inviting you to take part in developing a thought leadership on From Empathy to Gratitude (our 2021/22 annual theme) to advocate the qualities of empathic leadership and gratitude, which is the backbone for building resilience. During the pandemic, these qualities, which are found in mothers, have proven their importance and enabled more mothers to take up leadership roles in multiple capacities.

Why this is important

As part of our work to raise public awareness on issues surrounding women empowerment and family policy, we set an annual theme each year and will develop a thought leadership piece at the end of the year. We are looking for support to help us draft and write our thought leadership piece, which we are looking to publish in May 2022.
