Our team at Hong Kong Momtrepreneurs was blessed to have six months pro bono coaching support from International Coaching Federation from October 2023. ICF has kindly offered 6 sessions of one on one coaching to each of the colleagues including our Executive Director Lena Wong and Operation Manager Bonnie Ho.
During the coaching sessions, each of our colleagues can take up this opportunity to tackle any challenges or issues that they face in professional or personal life.
“While we are there to support stay at home mothers to overcome their challenges, it’s also important for our team members to have the support needed to overcome theirs,” shared by Lena. “Thank you ICF Ignite for providing the pro bono coaching services to HKM so that we can spread the kindness to more mothers.”
At the end of celebration event, ICF coaches and HKM team reunited to share our experiences. Board members of both organisations also joined to celebrate and gather feedback for future development.
