We are delighted to announce that on 6th June 2024, Hong Kong Momtrepreneurs took a momentous stride in fostering an inclusive and diverse work culture by becoming a signatory to The Racial Diversity & Inclusion Charter For Employers, overseen by the Equal Opportunities Commission (EOC) in Hong Kong.
Launched by the EOC in 2018, the Charter offers guidelines for achieving racial diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the workplace. It includes policies for racial equality, fair recruitment and promotion, and fostering an inclusive environment. To date, over 400 organisations have come on board āĀ Hong Kong Momtrepreneurs is proud to be among them.

At Hong Kong Momtrepreneurs, we encourage and promote racial diversity and inclusion (D&I) in the workplace. We are dedicated to supporting women, especially mothers, helping them adapt to flexible and diverse career choices. By signing the Racial Diversity & Inclusion Charter, we assure our commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive work environment from employers.
We add the ESG elements in our core Moms4Moms fellowship programs and provide training for our fellows to stay competitive in our society. As a supporting organisation of Share for Good, we promote and support diverse workplaces for ethnic minority mothers, grassroots mothers and stuck-at-home mothers to be employed in our partner employers and encourage employers to give flexibility on working time for them. This helps to promote inclusivity and diversity at every step in the community.
