The Family Welfare Society (HKFWS) and Hong Kong Momtrepreneurs (HKM) recently held a “Return to work again” workshop on July 3rd.
We were delighted to have many women joining us, including full-time moms and those working part-time jobs, to share their experiences and challenges in seeking employment opportunities.
During the workshop, we delved into the current job market, introducing the new trend of AI interviews and having participants take an online assessment to identify their workplace personality traits. We also learned how to craft an effective elevator pitch to present ourselves. Lastly, we explored a new job search platform specifically tailored for mothers!
If you are interested in re-entering the workforce, please do not hesitate to join our Moms4Moms Fellowship Program this year! The program aims to bring together marginalized or stay-at-home mothers to learn about both motherhood and entrepreneurship. It will be held during Sep 2024 to May 2025.
