We are happy to announce that Hong Kong Momtrepreneurs has become the strategic partner of this wonderful project- “Future EMpowered”.
As a multicultural society, Ethnic minority women are the one of the key players in Hong Kong. Addressing the social innovation project for the particular party, Jennifer Yu Cheng , the Chairperson of the Youth and Ethnic Minority Committee of “Share For Good” takes up the lead of the momentum. Shedding lights to the employability of EM Women, Share for Good is now equipping women with skills and future ready resources, by rolling out job matching program as a springboard of inclusion and upward social mobility.
We hope to promote the idea of workplace inclusion to many others, as a collective movement across industries.
The project consists of below areas:
1. Pre-job training, which helps participants to know more about work culture and interview skills
2. On-the-job training, getting to know what they work in real situation
3. Future ready workshops
4. Community ties

We are welcome the following participants:
Eligibility:
1. Ethnic minority women
2. Women at minimum age for work
3. Capable to communicate in Chinese and English; no requirements on educational background
