The HKM Mother’s Day flagship event “Pivot our Way to Success” brought together 12 unsung heroines from Moms4Moms Fellowship Program and three exceptional women, Nicole Denholder, Katy Yung, and Ines Leong, who shared their inspiring journeys of success and empowerment. The fellows’ pitches and the candid panel sharing shed light on their remarkable achievements and the strategies they employed to pivot towards fulfilling their paths to success.
The event was kicked start by Co Chair Migi To for her opening remarks followed by Founder Lena Wong introducing the 2024 theme Pivot our Way to Success which embodies the essence of adaptability, resilience, and growth, as we focus on empowering women in different stages of life and in different roles, cherishing their transformation to give positive impacts to our society.
Over 80 friends and allies joining us at the event on a Thursday afternoon at UBS office, Moms4Moms fellows courageously took the stage to present themselves to the audiences. They were allowed to present in English or Chinese to share their business ideas or their learnings from the program. From September, they’ve come a long way to be standing on stage in front such a large group of audiences.
Later we had panelists Nicole Denholder, Ines Leong and Katy Yung shared how they pivot their way to success. Moderated by Lena Wong, the panel revealed their own pivotal pathways to where they are today and how these exceptional women have made significant contributions and inspired others to embrace change and strive for success.
The afternoon concluded with the graduation of the Moms4Moms 2023/24 fellows and the announcement of awards: Natalie Lee for Best Presentation, Tamara Chan for Most Creative and Annie Lam for High-flyer. These recognitions signified how embracing change, pursuing passions, and making a positive difference, we can navigate the challenges of a rapidly evolving world and shape our own paths to success and fulfillment as we Pivot our Way to Success.
