On June 18, 2026, Hong Kong Momtrepreneurs (HKM) is hosting our Moms4Moms Info Session – an in‑person event where prospective fellows will learn about our flagship programme, meet alumni, and take their first step toward combining motherhood with entrepreneurship.
We are looking for dedicated volunteers to help make this event run smoothly and capture its energy. Your support will directly help us welcome and engage the next cohort of mom entrepreneurs.
Open Volunteer Positions
1. On‑site Event Helpers (2–3 volunteers)
What you will do:
- Assist with setting up the event venue
- Help register guests and direct them to correct seating
- Support time‑keeping and ensure the event runs smoothly
- Join a 30‑minute briefing call before the event
Who we are looking for:
- Organised, friendly, and reliable
- Comfortable speaking Cantonese and/or English
- No prior event experience required – just a willingness to help
2. Event Photographer (1 volunteer)
What you will do:
- Take event photos on site (guests, speakers, panel, group shots)
- Touch up the best 5 photos for social media use
- Send 10 photos on the event day and all photos by June 20
- Join a 30‑minute briefing call before the event
Requirements:
- Bring your own camera and equipment
- Basic photo editing skills
- An eye for capturing authentic, engaging moments

📅 Date: June 18, 2026 (Thursday)
⏰ Time: 10:00am – 1:00pm (volunteer arrival)
📍 Location: City University SCOPE Admiralty Learning Centre
Note: The Info Session for prospective fellows runs from 11:00am – 12:30pm. Volunteers are requested to arrive earlier for setup and stay briefly after for pack‑down.
About Moms4Moms
The Moms4Moms Fellowship Program is a women empowerment programme that brings together mothers from all walks of life. Through modules on hard and soft skills related to motherhood and entrepreneurship, fellows grow from aspiring entrepreneurs into resilient business leaders. Each cohort runs from September to March, ending with a final pitching event in May.
This Info Session on June 18 is the gateway for the next cohort. With your help, we can make it a welcoming, professional, and memorable experience for every attendee.
